79.6 % of Sweden’s citizens belong to the Church of Sweden; only 2 % attend church services regularly.  The large reason for the low number of members is that up until 1996 all babies were considered members if they had at least one parent that attended the church.

How can you be a member of a church when you’re a baby?  How do you know if that baby has faith?  This makes no sense!

James 2:26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

The Church of Sweden claims to be the Lutheran branch of Christianity.  This explains why Sweden has the highest divorce rate in the world.  You think that you can be wishy-washy about the standard of God.  Listen up God does not change!

The nationally recognized religion in Sweden was the Church of Sweden until 2000.  In 2000 the church and state separated.

Other false religions in Sweden consist of Jews, Muslims and Syriac Christians.
